SHIPPING,RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (INCLUDING CANCELLATION)
Shipping, Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy:
1. All Orders enjoy Free Standard Shipping. COD Convenience Fee of INR 50 will apply for all COD orders.
2. For certain pincodes, we only offer partial COD. 10% of the order value is to be paid upfront. Balance can be done on delivery. COD orders will only be dispatched once phone/WhatsApp & OTP Order confirmation is received.
3. We offer Express Shipping with set timelines for an additional fee. In case the delivery is not done within the expected timeline - the shipping fee will be refunded. While most deliveries (over 95%+) happen within the estimated time, we will not be able to guarantee the on time delivery as we rely on third party delivery companies and other circumstances beyond the control of us or the courier company such as strikes,natural calamities, accidents, etc. The order value can only be refunded via store credit in case you're unable to receive it on time.
When will I receive my order?
1. Different products have different shipping timelines. Please refer to individual product pages for shipping timelines. Please refer to the tracking link shared to your WhatsApp/Email. In case you're having trouble, please WhatsApp us at 9597544611.
2.It is possible that different items from your order ship from different warehouses throughout the country. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. Please check your email or WhatsApp for confirmation.
3. However, in certain cases, there may be delays that occur that are beyond our control and we apologize for such instances. Please note that the timelines specified above are only estimates.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
1. If you have a multi-item order, it is possible that each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize, the postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our return and refund policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

How do I return damaged / incorrect products?
1. Six by Eleven strives to ensure the quality of products shipped. To place a return/exchange request, please message us on WhatsApp +919597544611. The process is the same for returns as well exchange requests.
- You will have to share images (front and back with the tag attached) of the products within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You can either courier the package to us or request us to arrange for a pick up. Once pictures are shared, based on your choice, we'll book the pick up via Delhivery or any alternate courier subject to availability for a fee. Once the pick up is done, you will receive a message and once the products reach our warehouse, you will receive another message about the delivery to our warehouse. The pick up fee shall be Rs 150 per item.

Once you courier, please share the receipt within 7 days of receiving your order.
- It may take up to 48 hours to receive your store credit post it reaching our warehouse if it passes our QC (quality check).
- Once the QC is passed, we will email/Whatsapp the credit to you in the form of a coupon code that you can paste in the coupon code box of the cart.
- Your credit will be of the value of the t-shirt (Current MRP less Rs 150 per item), in essence you will only have to pay Rs 150 per item once you check out.
- The store credit coupon code will be valid for 1 year. Any order placed with store credit is considered final and no further returns/exchange can be placed for such orders.
- We do not issue refunds to bank/source accounts. Refunds are only issued as store credit.
2. Effective May 21, 2026, owing to significant increase in shipping costs, there will be pick up charges applicable at the rate of Rs 150 per item in an order. The deduction will be made from the store credit that will be issued to you post the pick up and quality check (QC).
3. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged product, please place your requests through customer support over Instagram (@sixbyeleven)/WhatsApp (9597544611)/E-mail (sixbyelevenstudio@gmail.com).
You can WhatsApp us on 9597544611 or DM on Instagram @sixbyeleven with the incorrect / damaged product images and the order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not refund any amount paid to the source account. We only process a Store Credit for all orders - for both return and exchanges.
4. WHAT IS A STORE CREDIT? Once your product is picked up, we will issue you a discount code which you can use to place your order for a larger/smaller sizer or any other product on the store.
The code is issued for both returns as well as size exchanges. Each code shall remain valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
How to use it?
Copy the code from the Whatsapp Chat/Instagram Chat/E-mail, add your item to cart and check out as usual, once you reach check out, copy and paste the discount code.
5. Store Credit cannot be used during a Flash Sale. No returns/exchange requests are accepted on items purchased using store credit.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Orders placed during a dedicated "FLASH SALE" are not eligible for return/exchange.
2. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery. Please don't forget to mention your contact details and Order number.
3. If any item is found to be used, we will not process the return/exchange request and will only ship the returned item back on payment of shipping charges for sending the “used” product back to you.

Will I have to pay for returning the product?
1. Yes, for returns, you will have to bear the pick up charges for sending your products back to us.
I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us images of the product at sixbyelevenstudio@gmail.com and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a Six by Eleven voucher.
Exchange/return pick ups are booked via Delhivery and are subject to availability. In case there is no serviceability, you will have to ship the package to us.
Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case cancellation is required, a refund will only be processed through store credit.
COD ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED:
Cancellation charges will be applicable and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail to make the payment towards shipping. Please make the payment to avoid further action. COD will be disabled for all future orders.
Cancellation charges of upto 50% of Order value may be charged if you have not accepted an order to cover for shipping and other costs.
