Shipping policy

Shipping:

1. All Orders enjoy Free Standard Shipping for Prepaid Orders.

2. COD Convenience Charges of Rs 50 will apply. COD orders will only be dispatched once phone confirmation is received. 

When will I receive my order?
1. Different products have different shipping timelines. Please refer to individual product pages for shipping timelines.

2. Depending on your delivery address and mode of shipping, the product should reach you in 2-4 business days from the date of shipment (depending on mode of shipping selected). It is possible that different items from your order ship from different warehouses throughout the country. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. Please check your email for confirmation.

3. However, in certain cases, there may be delays that occur that are beyond our control and we apologize for such instances. Please note that the timelines specified above are only estimates.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

1. If you have a multi-item order, it is possible that each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. 

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize, the postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our return and refund policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE ARE PERMITTED. 

1. Six by Eleven strives to ensure the quality of products shipped. So, please refer to the sizing chart before you place your orders.

2. Return Shipping charges are Rs 120 per product. Rs 120 will be deducted from your paid amount and a store credit voucher will be processed for the difference. 

For e.g. Amount paid by the customer = Rs 1000 less Rs 120 = Rs 880 store credit.

Store credit shall remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

3. Product photos (front & back with the tag) are to be shared on WhatsApp (9597544611) or Instagram (@sixbyeleven). 

4. Once the photos are shared and amount is paid, we will initiate a pick up. 

5. After the product is picked up, we will issue a store credit in the form of a voucher code that you can use at checkout.

6. Self-Shipping option is not available. 

You can WhatsApp us on 9597544611 or DM on Instagram @sixbyeleven with the incorrect / damaged product images and the order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not refund any amount paid. We only process a Store Credit for all Return/Exchange orders.

7.  Store Credit cannot be applied during Flash Sales.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All the products purchased during special offers and designated SALE Days are not eligible for exchange/return and replacement.
2. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery subject to a maximum of one return per order. Please don't forget to mention your contact details and Order number.
3. If any item is found to be used, we will not process the return/exchange request and will only ship the returned item back on payment of shipping charges for sending the “used” product back to you subject to a maximum of one return per order.

You can send it back in its “original/unused” condition to us within 2 business days of the delivery via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. If all the return conditions are met, we will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a Six by Eleven voucher.

Will I have to pay for returning the product?
1. Yes, for returns, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. For any defects/damaged products, we will reimburse the postal charges to you.

I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us images of the product at sixbyelevenstudio@gmail.com and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a Six by Eleven voucher.

Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Refund through store credit only will be processed through a store credit within 10 working days. Cancellation Charges shall apply for all orders at the following rates:

1. 50% of order value if cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order.

2. 75% of the order value if cancelled any time post 72 hours.
